Hello, my name is Tricia Stratton, the new office assistant at E. Dowd’s Crane Service. I have over 15 years of administrative and sales experience, as well as in owning my own business. I have lived in the Grand Rapids area for the last 20 years. I enjoy camping, reading, and spending time with my husband and our three kids.
